Convert table to text (Pages OS X iOS)

Select fields in a table (e. g. in Pages, Numbers or other spreadsheet) and copy ⌘C to Clipboard.

OS X:

Open TextEdit and create new file ⌘N.

Insert with paste ⌥⇧⌘V (Paste and match style).

iOS:

Open Notes and create new document with “New”.

Paste.

Select all lines and copy ⌘C.

Switch to Pages and paste ⌘V.
